Form, Function, Efficiency
Clients had purchased an existing home and wanted to enhance its efficiency and functionality and make it more esthetically pleasing.
We removed the sheetrock from most of the cathedral ceiling and replaced the insulation with spray-foam. To create a more rustic Vermont look, we exposed the timbers and clad the ceilings in barnboard. We also added air conditioning to the main and upper levels. Outside, we renovated the existing deck, installed a handrail system, added an inground pool and unique fire features, and upgraded the patio.
